Many of the ideas here at Origin of the Specious were started in coffee shops. Perhaps there is something to be said for caffeine and the kick-starting of my brain into myriad directions.
Like many others, my favourite coffee shop offers customers a loyalty card. Buy nine hot drinks, get one free. I have completed seventeen cards so far. I have decided that my free coffee bank is there should times get tough. Otherwise, I am adding to the collection to live the dream: to complete enough loyalty cards for a month of free coffee. Hopefully in March I will be living the dream.
Sometimes I think I need better goals.
Is this a financial subterfuge David, or just that you are hooked on coffee?
